The Dropship Club - Cancellation Policy
Your membership to The Dropship Club is monthly. Each month, the standard subscription cost is $67/month (unless you signed up under a special, limited time offer). We do not collect, receive or handle your payments or payment details. Our merchant partner ClickBank does this for us.
To cancel your membership to The Dropship Club, you need to contact ClickBank and cancel it through their website. Here is the support page for all ClickBank orders & requests:
NOTE: Once you cancel, you will void all future monthly payments/subscriptions. However, you will not be refunded your current monthly membership, unless you meet the refund requirements and have submitted a refund request.
If you wish to cancel your monthly membership, then please do the following:
1. Go to the ClickBank customer service site: http://www.clkbank.com/
2. Click “Look Up Your Order.”
3. Enter in two identifiers that can confirm your order. These can be:
- Enter in the email address you used when you signed up for The Dropship Club.
- Your Order Number. This is included in the receipt and rebill emails you will have received.
- Your ZIP code connected to your credit card you used to sign up.
- The last 4 digits of your payment method that you used to sign up with.
4. Click the “Go!” Button. If prompted, complete the reCAPTCHA challenge.
5. Once you’ve gone that, your order information for all ClickBank purchases will be displayed.
6. Find your order, and then click “Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds.”
7. The details for your order will then be displayed. Click “Get Support.”
8. In the “type” field, select “Cancellation Request.”
9. Select a reason for the cancellation.
10. Click “Send.”
Your cancellation request will then be received. It is usually processed within 1 business day. If you have any further issues, please contact the ClickBank support team and submit a support ticket:
